Austin activations cluster around SXSW, the Formula 1 weekend at Circuit of The Americas, and dealership or hotel takeovers the rest of the year. A booth is not a ballroom: the brief needs the footprint, the venue sound limit, the demo schedule, and who calls the reveal. Because Jordan is local, a site walk is available before load-in.
Short sets are normal. Tell the form the on-site hours and the actual playing windows, including gaps between demos. Mixmode, Jordan on DJ with Kristian Cruz on live guitar, is a separate format when the activation has a featured performance moment.

Yes. Activations are often a few windows inside a longer on-site call. Send the venue's sound rule, in dBA or dBC if you have it, plus the booth plan and the demo schedule. Volume and speaker placement are built around that, not around a club mix.
Do you bring production, or play into the agency's system?+
Either. If the agency or venue already has sound and lighting, the quote is performance and advance. If the site is raw, production can be added: sound, lighting, haze, and, when the brief calls for it, a custom stage. The Cybertruck stages were built for events in Gatesville, not as a default Austin booth.
How far out do Austin brand dates get held?+
SXSW and Formula 1 weekends are the ones to ask about first. Dates outside those weeks can be held closer, because the show is already in Austin and does not depend on a flight.
